Brian Cunniffe has been keeping the residents of Mayo warm for almost twenty years. The scenic county on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic way receives more than it’s fair share of abuse from the ocean to the west. Annually, it is pounded by up to thirty days a year with gale-force winds. Average rainfall hits about 55 inches a year. Humidity on the Emerald Isle’s west coast can range between 80 – 90% throughout the year, increasing the risk of mold indoors.
All the more reason for citizens of this Connaught county to stay dry in their homes.
Brian has been catering to this need since 2007. As a Registered Gas Installer, he has installed equipment in countless Irish homes to keep them safe from the damp environment outside. His business was mostly generated through word-of-mouth in the community. However, Brian wished to expand his reach by improving the company’s online presence.
Cunniffe Heating & Plumbing Services already had a live website for over a decade. However, the website needed a refurbishment. New technologies had been released since the site first went live. Web development concepts such as smart phone responsive design, security certificates, Search Engine Optimization and User Experience, to name a few, were all in their infancy at the time. And unfortunately, this reflected poorly on the professionalism of Brian’s work.
